Delete your EchoSwarm data
EchoSwarm has no sign-up, so there is no login here to delete an account through. Deletion happens in the app, and by email if the app is no longer installed.
In the app — immediate
- Open EchoSwarm and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm. The deletion is irreversible and there is no undo.
This is the complete path. Nothing is queued for review and nothing is merely deactivated.
What gets deleted
- The anonymous device account and its access token.
- Every swarm: the scenario and personas you wrote, all agent dialogue, the connection graph, the summaries, and the memory embeddings.
- The entitlement record that links your account to a subscription.
- Reports you submitted about agent output.
Removal from the live database is immediate. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
What does not get deleted, and why
- Your subscription. Apple and Google own the billing relationship. Deleting your data does not cancel it and does not refund it — cancel it in your store account settings first, or you will keep being charged for a tier you no longer have data on.
- Store-side purchase records. Apple and Google keep their own transaction history under their policies and their tax obligations. Ask them, not us.
- Server logs. Request timestamps and error records that contain no swarm content roll off on their own within 90 days.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Write to ahmet@kenwea.com with the subject Delete my data.
The honest problem: the account is anonymous. We hold no name, email address or phone number, so an email on its own does not tell us which account is yours, and we will not delete a stranger's swarms on an unverified request. We need the account identifier, which the app shows at the bottom of the Settings screen. If you still have the app on any device, copy it before you uninstall.
Without that identifier we cannot locate the account. In that case the data stays until it expires on its own — and because it is not linked to your name or any other identifier, it is not traceable back to you.
We reply within 30 days.
Other rights
Access, correction, portability and objection are covered in the Privacy Policy, section 7. Paid-tier users can export a session from the app without contacting us.
